$20 per person, 60-minute sessions

Inspiring Relationship and Teambuilding Energizing Sessions

Military Preparational (BOOT CAMP) Empowerment

Unmatched military preparation and physical/mental development sessions.

$50 per person, 60-minute sessions

Sports Improvement Development and Instructional Expertise

Developmental techniques and motivational guidance for basketball, football, track and field, and more.

Weight-loss Toning Instructional Techniques for All Ages

Toning and weight-loss instruction focusing on bodyweight exercises, free weights, and exercise bands.

$50 per person, per 60-minute session

Fitscipline Fitness membership ($10/mo)

$10 Fitscipline Fitness membership fee per month enables clients unlimited access to a vast library of online training videos.

There will be ZOOM based classes that will be purchased for a fee, and they will be available twice a day (Morning/Evenings)

I will advertise which areas will be taught on which days.

Mondays: Group Fitness @ 6:00 am and 7:00 pm
Tuesdays: Relationship Building through Fitness @ 6:00 am and 7:00 pm
Wednesdays: Sports Improvement Techniques (Basketball) @ 6:00 am and 7:00 pm
Thursdays: Coaching Tips @ 6:00 am and 7:00 pm
Fridays: Military Preparation @ 6:00 am and 7:00 pm
